Why are your warehouse hours so limited?
Bluegatepoker.com is primarily a website/delivery business. Orders placed before 11am are almost always delivered same day or next day.
Local deliveries or meetups are charged a US$10 ($S15) flat fee. I actually pay my courier S$17 per delivery. She delivers weekday mornings. Singpost charges nearly twice that since poker sets are considered "oversize" and won't fit on their bikes. Singpost delivers in the afternoon. My courier can accept cash-on-delivery, but Singpost cannot.
I run the business as a third job and spend just a few hours a day at the warehouse, primarily to pick, pack, and ship that day's orders. I am usually there in the morning and try to post the schedule on the home page. Warehouse hours are therefore very limited and the schedule varies widely and can change at the last minute. You should always sms me before heading to the warehouse.
We have processed over 3,500 orders, half in Singapore and half around Asia. About half of the Singapore orders are from expats and half from locals, but the later accounts for 90% of warehouse pickups.
